Maintenance Contracts (Routine Maintenance)

Identifying all assets that require routine maintenance, specifying and tendering contracts is an essential component of supporting the owners and complying with legal obligations in relation to critical systems.

Contractor Management

Effective contractor management processes are an essential risk management tool. We have a standard procedure for reviewing the contractor’s ability to work safety by conducting a formal accreditation process. Prior to attending the site, contractors also receive a safety handbook which specifies our requirements and expectations through an induction process.

Critical task management (Essential & Non-Essential Maintenance)

Our ability to Identify and track a range of compliance activities is an essential component of risk management. Activities for all essential and non essential services maintenance are all entered into our facility management system where they can be actioned within the required time frames and audited on a monthly basis.

Managing the facility

To assist owner’s corporations in managing their facility, we provide trained Facility Managers to oversee the contractor’s and undertake routine OH&S inspections and respond to specific facilities related requests.

Call Management

Requests for after hours emergency works can be phoned through to our Melbourne based Call Centre. These requests are assigned to one of our operations managers; with rectification of the works tracked and notifications emailed on completion of works.
