Leadership support and innovation is provided by FFM’s, Managing Director’s, Mr Jeromias D’Costa, Mr Vince Curcio and Mr Alec Karras who have in excess of 25 years experience in the Facility Management industry.

Jeromias D’Costa proudly developed a Maintenance Management process which covers primary and secondary maintenance tasks, performance indicators, critical failure analysis including an OH&S Checklist which was presented with the  Best Safety Awareness Award by the Australian Hotels Association in 1998 whilst his employment at the Stamford Plaza in Melbourne.
