After undergoing a rigorous selection process, Focused Facilities Management is delighted and proud of its appointment to provide Facility Management Services to a waterside icon, Dock 5.
This Prized Residence with magnificent views spanning across the water harbor and city skyline which showcase many textural elements and highlight the nautical history of the docks. FFM will be providing comprehensive services covering building compliance, maintenance, cleaning and the management of all aspects of the common property of Dock 5.
Our Building Manager, Neil Fernandes, under the guidance of Michael Boulos (Operations Manager) has had an immediate impact with implementing systems to simplify the interaction with the owners and residents to ultimately expedite issue resolution and increasing resident satisfaction.
