FFM appointed to manage West Side Place becoming the city’s largest residential icon and first Ritz-Carlton Hotel on 1.2 hectares at a cost of $2.6 billion.

The appointment covers the provision of facilities management services for stage 1 of this development which is situated on the corner of Spencer and Lonsdale Streets.
Focused Facilities Management has been appointed to provide Building Management, Concierge Services and a Precinct Manager to oversee the entire building operations by the International developer Far East Consortium Australia.

Stage 1 of the development comprises of 1,376 apartments and 257 luxury Ritz-Carlton hotel suites across two towers, a business centre, a 550-seat grand ballroom, and a check-in desk that boasts panoramic sky views from level 80.

Residents will also enjoy access to a range of luxury living amenities inspired by the prestigious Ritz-Carlton brand including pools, gym and Pilates facilities, indoor and outdoor cinemas, visitor chef kitchens, karaoke bars, private lounge areas, health spa and treatment rooms, private bar and dining rooms, private wine cellars, billiard rooms, virtual golf, library and study rooms.

Stage 2 will provide a further 1,519 apartments over two towers and the addition of 308 room Dorsett Hotel. 3,000sqm of ground floor retail and 475sqm of garden spaces running throughout a new central laneway connecting Lonsdale street with Little Lonsdale street.

Apartments feature expansive views of the city and Port Phillip Bay, and come in a variety of configurations with high-quality finishes.
